The thickness of the ink after drying determines the strength of the anti-blasting ability. The screen mesh number is preferably 80~150, the mesh is too high, the ink layer is thin, the anti-blasting ability is reduced, the thicker the ink layer, the anti-blasting The stronger the ability, but the resolution of the screen printing pattern decreases. After the ink is sandblasted, the cured film can be directly removed by hand.

Self-drying sandblasting ink SB-6BL

SB-60BL is a volatile drying type anti-blasting ink. It adopts screen printing and has high resolution. When it is used, it can be screen-printed, sprayed, etc. It is not necessary to make screen patterns, which is especially suitable for the production of small-batch, multi-species, and fine sandblast patterns.
